Located in Auckland on the Whitford River in Cockle Bay, with brilliant access to Auckland’s pure Hauraki Gulf, Waiheke Island and the Coromandel Peninsula.

We currently oversee around 65 Permanent swing Moorings, Kayak & secure Dinghy Storage. Our Club facilities include an emergency club mooring, fresh water and power supply from our service grid.

We have a Clubhouse with storage below and fees are kept to a minimum with all our members involved in the upkeep of equipment and Club facilities.

We have two working bees per year which all club members are expected to attend.

Shelly Park Cruising Club also offers haul out and short term hard stand facilities for active Club Members for vessels up to a nominal 10 meters in length. Both mono and multi hulls are catered for.

We manage the park reserve area including looking after the lawns and waterfront.

We run several social events during the year including a Family Club picnic at one of the lovely beaches in the Gulf.
